Shortfills
A shortfill is a large bottle of e-liquid that has not been filled to the top. In order to sell e-liquids bottles larger than 10ml in the UK, the nicotine must be sold separately. Shortfills are all sold as 0mg and are "shortfilled" so that you have room to add in a Nicshot. Adding an 18mg Nicshot to a 50ml 0mg shortfill will create a 3mg e-liquid.
